Karen helped me with a market analysis on my mother's house after my mom passed away. She prepared the market analysis based on what the houses in the area were selling for. She also came out and help me measure my mom's house. In the end I decided not to sell the house but her help really was invaluable. I really appreciated the fact that she came out and spent her time helping me and genuinely showed concern for me and my situation. She was able to help me walk through the house and immediately address issues that needed to be fixed whether we rented or sold the property. A true friend that made good suggestions.
